We went to Kami Hikawa Pass, which is one of the main entrances to Mt. Daibosatsu. When we got to the Kai Yamato Sta., there were quite a few people getting off at the station and running for the bus to the pass.
At the pass, most of the leaves were gone already, so we decided to walk back towards the station. As we went down to the lower elevation, we found colorful leaves.
Miscanthus sinensis (Susuki).
