Nogawa Park and Sengenyama (April 29th)

Nogawa Park... The willow leaves are beautiful now!

We went to Nogawa Park in our neighborhood.
We haven't been there for a while, and we were amazed all those trees are green now!
The seasons have changed so quickly.
There were lots of kinds of flowers blooming in the park.
After the Nogawa park we went to Sengenyama park, where we found lots of yellow orchid flowers.

久々に野川公園へ。川沿いの柳の緑がすっかり鮮やかになっていました。
園内の花々も、色とりどりに咲いていました。そこから、浅間山まで足を伸ばしてみると、キンランがたくさん咲いていました。

We found quite a few of Cephalanthera falcata (Kinran) flowers in Nogawa Park, too, but we found a lot of them in Sengenyama.

This flower is said to grow only in this Sengenyama area.
They bloom earlier than usual Hemerocallis middendorfii var. esculenta flowers, but we found only several of them blooming yet.

Thank you for sharing pictures. I had been living in Koganei (10 years ago). Nagoya-koen is my favorite place.
