Jindai Botanical Garden (November 12th)

Waterfall of chrysanthemums at the entrance.

Today we went to Jindai Botanical Garden again to take pictures of chrysanthemums.
We found some nice fall colors already, too.

Higo Giku.

Edo-kei chrysanthemum.

Ise Giku.

Saga Giku.

The size of these chrysanthemums is really huge...nearly the size of my face.

These chrysanthemums had thin petals like wire.

Acer japonicum (Hauchiwa Kaede).

Acer japonicum (Hauchiwa Kaede).

Acer pictum var. marmoratum f. heterophyllum (Itaya Kaede).

Aesculus turbinata (Tochinoki).

Cortaderia selloana (Pampas Grass).

Dahlia imperialis (Kodachi Daria).

The red maple tree at Jindaiji temple.

Taxodium distichum (Rakuushou) was still greenish yellow. It will turn orangish brown.
