Oze Trip, Part 4 (July10th)

Dactylorhiza aristata (Hakusan Chidori).
この個体は花弁の模様が印象的でした。

Here are the rest of the pictures taken on the way to the summit of Mt. Shibutsu.
As we got closer to the summit, we found more and more flowers...

至仏山山頂にも大分、近づいてきました。本当に見事なお花畑が続きます…


Berberis amurensis f. brevifolia (Maruba Hebi-noborazu).
面白い名前です。


Arnica unalaschcensis var. unalaschcensis (Ezo Usagi-giku).
一輪だけ見つけました。

色の濃い、鮮やかなものが多いでした。


Beautiful green colors...
新芽の優しい緑がきれいです。


Pedicularis verticillata (Takane Shiogama).
There were lots and lots of them covering the ground.


Erigeron thunbergii subsp. glabratus var. heterotrichus (Joushuu Azuma-giku).
It was our first time to see this flower, but I love this flower.
お気に入りのひとつに加わったジョウシュウアズマギク。


Erigeron thunbergii subsp. glabratus var. heterotrichus (Joushuu Azuma-giku).
We found the only white one like this. Is this the same as the pink ones?
ジョウシュウアズマギクの白花なのかなぁ…1株だけ見つけました。
茎の色も、他のものは赤っぽいのに、これだけグリーンでした。


Rosa nipponensis (Takane Bara).
The rose was really beautiful! It has amazing fragrance, too!
こんなに美しいバラが自然にあるなんて…香りもエレガントです。


Leontopodium fauriei var. angustifolium (Hosoba Hina Usuyuki-sou).
There were lots of these Edelweiss flowers.
こちらも至る所に咲いていました。


We could see the whole wetland sometimes. It must be really amazing view when it is totally clear.
湿原が見渡せます。快晴だったら、燧ケ岳も見られるんだろうなぁ…


Erigeron thunbergii subsp. glabratus var. heterotrichus (Joushuu Azuma-giku).
The whole field was covered with lots of kinds of beautiful flowers as if it were a kind of garden planted by someone!
誰かが植えたのかって思うくらい、見事なお花畑が広がります。
赤茶の蛇紋岩もいいアクセントになって、ロックガーデンのようになっています。


Arenaria katoana (Katou Hakobe).
They only grows at the area with sepentinite, which is composed of one or more serpentine group minerals, such as Mt. Shibutsu, Mt. Hayachine, and so on.
カトウハコベも見つけました。小さいけど可愛らしい花です。


Viola biflora f. glabrifolia (Jouetsu Kibana-no-Komanotsume).
葉っぱがしっかりしています。
こちらもあちこちで群落を作っていました。


Pedicularis verticillata (Takane Shiogama).
Strikingly bright pink color!
タカネシオガマ…岩場をピンクに染めていました。


Veratrum maackii varJaponicum f. atropurpureum (Murasaki Takane Aoyagi-sou, Takane Shuro-sou).
チョコレート色の不思議な花。


Minuartia verna var. japonica (Hosoba Tsumekusa).

Some kind of small lily... I wonder what kind this is...
小型のユリの蕾を発見。なんというユリなんだろう…

この花ばっかり載せすぎですね…だってきれいなんだもん…

湿原にだけ生育しているわけではないんですね…


Trollius riederianus var. japonicus (Shinano Kinbai).
去年の7月、北岳でたくさん見ました。
ここでも山頂近くになって、咲いていました。


Schizocodon soldanelloides (Iwa Kagami).


The summit of Mt. Shibutsu.
We couldn't see anything from there because of the clouds.
We had lunch there and headed to Hatomachi Touge via Mt. Koshibutsu.
至仏山に5時間余りで到着。雲に隠れて景色は見られませんでした。
お昼を食べて、ここから鳩待峠に下ります。
