Kinchakuda, Saitama (September 29th)

 

Lycoris radiata (Higan-bana, or Manjushage).

   We went to see Lycoris radiata (Higan-bana, or Manjushage) at the Kinchakuda area in Hidaka City, Saitama.  The place was covered with beautiful red flowers.  There were still lots of buds, too.  From the place, we kept walking to Miyazawa Lake and stopped by the hot spring bath.

巾着田の彼岸花を見てきました。場所によっては、まだ蕾もかなりありますが、びっしり赤い花で埋め尽くされているところもあって圧倒されてしまいました。

巾着田からは、宮沢湖まで歩いた後、温泉に浸かってリラックスしてきました。

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kinchakuda, Hidaka (September 23rd)

Lycoris radiata (Higanbana, or Manjushage).

We went to Kinchakuda in Hidaka city, Saitama.
It was cloudy, so it was a little hard to take pictures.
There were lots of people visiting there to see Lycoris radiata (Higanbana, or Manjushage) flowers.
From Kinchakuda, we walked all the way to Lake Miyazawa and visit the Miyazawako Hot Spring "Kirari Bettei". It was cool all day and felt nice after bathing in the hot spring.

埼玉の巾着田にいってきました。午前中はあいにくの曇り空で、写真を撮るのが難しかったです。
祝日ということもあってか、やはりたくさんの人でにぎわっていました。
巾着田から、こ一時間ほど歩いて、宮沢湖の温泉に立ち寄りました。
テラスからの眺めがなかなか気持ちよかったです。

There was some area with lots of buds, which were not bloom yet.
The tree fell down because of the typhoon the other day, probably...
まだ芽が伸びてきたばかりのエリアもありました。
倒木は台風のせい？

We went to see some Lycoris radiata (Manjushage, Higanbana) flowers in the Kinchakuda area in Hidaka city, Saitama.
There were lots of people visiting to see the flowers. The field was covered with lots of red flowers. It was really amazing!

今年も、埼玉県日高市の巾着田へマンジュシャゲを見に行ってきました。
天気も良くて、たんさんの人で賑わっていました。
去年よりもタイミングが合ったみたいで、たくさんの花で埋めつくされていました。
蕾のものもまだあったので、もうしばらくは楽しめると思います。

The Kinchakuda area also has the cosmos field.

Makiba-no-yu Hot Spring.
This hot spring is found and owned by a ham & sausage maker.
巾着田からシャトルバスに乗って、サイボクハムが運営する「まきばの湯」に。
中がきれいで、またゆっくり行ってみたいです。
