The Takao Area (April 12th)

    We went to see some  Viola yezoensis f. discolor (Takao Sumire) flowers in the Oku Takao area.  Spring is passing so quickly.

小仏バス停付近で咲いてました。

    We hiked around Mt. Kagenobu, Mt. Kobotoke-shiroyama and Mt. Takao.
It was pretty warm all day and we found many kinds of spring flowers blooming!
Here is the first bunch of the pictures taken on the hike in Mt. Kagenobu and Mt. Kobotoke-shiroyama.

小仏バス停から景信山、小仏城山、高尾山と歩いてきました。
高尾山辺りではあまりにも暖かくてTシャツで散策しました。
スミレを中心に春の花がぞくぞくと咲き出しています。
まずは、小仏城山までで見つけた花たちです。

気が早いエイザンスミレも…葉っぱはほとんど出てませんでした。

小仏城山の茶屋は28日からようやく営業を再開できたそうです。

やっと久々のなめこ汁にありつけました。

伐採されてわずかに残った木々が、この日は何だか異空間に見えました。 

Kogesawa, Takao (April 5th)

 

Anemone flaccida (Nirin-sou).

    Here are the pictures taken in the Kogesawa area.  There were much more flowers of Omphalodes japonica (Yama Ruri-sou) than we have ever seen.  The flowers of Viola yezoensis f. discolor (Takao Sumire) passed their prime and now their leaves were already big.

影信山からは小下沢に 下りました。
ニリンソウも至る所で群生が見られます。
ヤマルリソウは、これまで見た中で、一番増えているように感じました。
このエリアのタカオスミレは、葉っぱも大きく展開していて終盤の様子でした。
それにしても、花付きのよいエイザンがあちこちに咲いていたので、やはり今年は、スミレの当たり年なのかも。

ハナネコノメはかなり伸びてしまってました。

木々の緑もかなり芽吹いてきました。

花付きのよいエイザンはあちらこちらに。

ヤマルリソウの咲いているエリアも広がっているように感じました。

遠めでうまく写せませんでしたが、斜面のずっと上の方まで群落が広がっていました。
