Cercidiphyllum japonicum (Katsura).
It was really a lovely day today.

We went to see cherry blossoms at Tama Forest Science Garden in Takao.
They have lots of kinds of cherry blossoms and it is hard to choose which one to show on this website. Here is some extract of the hundreds of pictures I took today.

Mitaka (April 8th)

Today we went out to take some pictures of the full moon.
It is interesting to play with the new camera.

It might be not bright enough, but I like this one, too.

ICU, Nogawa Park and Musashino Park (April 5th)

The main entrance road of ICU.
Lots of people were visiting the place today.

We went to Hanami in our neighborhood; ICU, Nogawa Park and Musashino Park.
Cherry blossoms were in their peak, so we took bunch of pictures.
We had lunch with nice Sake under a cherry tree at the Musashino Park.

At the ICU... The new camera can take nice close-up pictures.

Mitaka (April 4th)

My friend gave me an amazing new camera for my early birthday present. And I tried the cherry picture in the darkness of the night, which turned out to be really nice.
