大雪山エリア最終日。旭岳から間宮岳、中岳温泉を経由してぐるっとまわってきました。
去年の同じ時期と比べて、雪が少ないようでした。去年はたくさん見られたコマクサも、既に終わっていました。荒井岳から見た御鉢平は圧巻でした。

旭岳まではガスに包まれたり、ガスが晴れたり…いろんな表情が楽しめました。

We could arrive there earlier than we had expected.
旭岳山頂…思ったよりも早く到着。
途中、７合目、８合目というように標識が立っていたので、そこで休憩しながらいくと、比較的、楽にたどり着けました。

荒井岳で、びっくりするくらい大声で泣いていました。

不思議なくらい見事なV字になった谷。この向こうに中岳温泉があります。

この蝶、たくさん見かけました。

大雪山白樺山荘ユースホステル。お勧めのユースです。（この時期、季節料金で高くなっているので、ユースとしては高めですが、食事や温泉、部屋の快適さを考えると、ホテルに泊まるよりお得です。）

昨日とは違ったメニュー。でも今夜もおいしいメロンがついてます。

ユースホステルって泊まったことがないですけど、格安の割に食事もしっかりしたものが出るのですね～
それにしてもしっかり旭岳も制覇しているのが素晴らしいです！！
でも花も殆どないので人気は今ひとつらしいですね(^^;)
ユースは当たりはずれがありますが、食事が怪しいところでは、素泊まりにして、外で食事をとります。
（草津のユースでは、朝食だけ頼んで、夜は好きなものを外で食べました。）
ほとんどはロープウェイの頂上駅周辺を散策する観光客の人と、旭岳の頂上を目指す人だけかもしれないですね。
季節が早ければ、花も咲いているのですが、固有種などはあまり見られないような気がします。
