Morel Mushrooms (March. 21st)

Last night we cooked steak with sauteed morel mushrooms, which were collected at the ICU campus. They were still small, but filled with rich flavor.


アミガサタケをソテーして、ステーキとあわせました。見た目からは想像できないくらいおいしいきのこです。
